As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team.

About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to support our internal marketing, product, and communication initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of print and digital media in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity and visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce design assets for both digital and print, including packaging, product catalogues, brochures, social media graphics, signage, advertising, and other collaterals.
  • Ensure all designs align with Rich Glen's brand and communicate clearly. Maintain templates, update guidelines, and support brand consistency across all visuals.
  • Develop original visual assets, including icons, illustrations and patterns, to enhance design storytelling and create cohesive, recognisable brand visuals across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing, retail, and production - from concept to final artwork. Work together to ensure that creative solutions are not only visually appealing but also functional and fit-for-purpose.
  • Explore and present initial design directions, moodboards, drafts, and mock-ups for feedback. Incorporate feedback and make adjustments to ensure the final output aligns with project goals.
  • Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with external printers when required.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Assist with photography, photo editing, and other visual content creation if applicable

Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant industry experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and branding.
  • A high-quality portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational / time management skills and attention to detail.
