Marketing Visionary

The Marketing Visionary will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling marketing strategy that brings luxury to life. This role requires a leader who deeply understands the customer and can translate insight into powerful brand storytelling and connections across every touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled marketer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally in luxury, premium retail or brand-driven consumer industries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and owning the brand strategy, aligning with business objectives while elevating customer relevance and competitive differentiation
  • Championing the brand story, ensuring creative, content, and marketing initiatives reflect our purpose and connect emotionally with customers
  • Translating customer insights and market intelligence into strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and preference
  • Leading the seasonal and long-term marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are integrated across all channels with clarity of message and commercial impact

The Marketing Visionary will also be responsible for building and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with Digital, CRM and Loyalty teams. They will shape and embed our unique brand point of view in sustainability, community and cultural partnerships, and establish and nurture long-term external partnerships (media, cultural, creative) that strengthen brand equity and customer reach.
