Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of corporate affairs activity that supports the bank's objectives.

This role supports the bank to manage its brand and reputational opportunities and risks. It involves implementing the bank's corporate affairs plan, supporting issues and crisis management activity, producing key corporate communications material, and delivering advocacy activity in line with the bank's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Corporate Affairs in delivering the Corporate Affairs Plan
  • Manage brand partnerships with purpose-aligned organisations
  • Develop and implement media and public relations strategies
  • Contribute to advocacy planning and strengthen the bank's thought leadership on impact priorities
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in corporate affairs, communications, stakeholder relations or a related field
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal and interpersonal—with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels,
  • Proven experience in issues management, advocacy, and developing communications strategies in a corporate reputation context
  • Demonstrated interest in public policy, social and environmental issues in a business setting
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, research, and problem-solving, with a strategic and analytical mindset
