This is an opportunity to work with a single key client, providing key facility services that ensure the smooth operation and work environment of their tenancies.

As a Facilities Service Coordinator you will be responsible for site operations including contractor management, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues. You will also oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections.

You will assist with developing SOPs, manage contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance, and maintain high levels of superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities or a trade background, demonstrated customer service experience, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, and demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Site operations including contractor management, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues
  • Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections
  • Assist with developing SOPs
  • Manage contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance
