Job Opportunity

This is a 3-month temporary assignment, potentially extendable.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate and deliver diverse facilities services through our Operations Team and contracted service providers.

  • Log and track jobs/work orders into our asset management and facilities work management systems, monitor issues and close completed tasks satisfactorily.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist with activities, scheduling and planning, identifying issues and providing solutions proactively.
  • Evaluate and assign work requests to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, ad-hoc requests, emergencies, and minor works projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, solid analytical and decision-making skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving expertise, superior organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines effectively, high attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
