Job Title: Facility Services Coordinator

This position plays a vital role in maintaining compliance, improving operational performance, and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable facility services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling reactive and preventative maintenance activities, managing asset management systems, and assisting in the implementation and management of key operational policies and procedures.

  • Manage the scheduling of reactive and preventative maintenance works to minimize operational disruption.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to coordinate access, inductions, and documentation.
  • Monitor work order status and contractor performance within the Agility system.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Facility Services Coordinator will:

  • Establish and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide timely reporting on open, in-progress, and completed works.
  • Support the Building Operations Manager in resolving vendor scheduling and delivery gaps.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional services.

Desirable qualifications include experience working in healthcare, laboratory, or research environments, as well as familiarity with WHS compliance frameworks and contractor management.
