The Security Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Security Team, including deployment schedules and dot plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in security for event operations or asset security, with strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Security Team, including deployment schedules and dot plans.
- Assist in managing staff access lists, security ID cards, onboarding / offboarding, and technical security systems.
- Support workplace security investigations and internal audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Compile monthly security compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist with Event Control Room (ECR) operations and daily Security Control Room (SCR) functions, including CCTV, access control, BMCS, and other technical systems.
- Experience in security for event operations or asset security.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Australia's National Security Strategy is advantageous.
