The position of Senior Sales Trader entails driving business expansion through strategic market insights and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Premium Client Management team to achieve sales targets and develop long-term growth strategies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales trading team, promoting skills development and compliant success.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in derivative and financial sales, a strong professional network, and qualifications such as a tertiary degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, plus RG 146 certification.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of global financial markets across multiple asset classes.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with target-driven performance.
  • Technical expertise in platform and phone dealing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence in representing the organization in media appearances.
