Clinical Education Specialist

As a skilled Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering educational content to various clinical teams across Central Australia and the Top End.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse looking to transition into education and mentoring, ensuring that our staff are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver educational content to meet individual learning needs using adult learning principles.
- Demonstrate skills in teaching new approaches to practice that link evidence to improved consumer outcomes and experience.
- Mentor and coach staff to promote a learning culture within the organization.
- Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential).
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
