We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role you will provide best practice wound management care, education and training to develop appropriate skills and knowledge within the nursing team in specialist wound care, respiratory review care, immunisation administration, infection control and other relevant nursing areas within the Community Primary Care urban context.
Responsibilities- Provide wound management care and education within the nursing team.
- Deliver education and training to develop skills in specialist wound care, respiratory review care, immunisation administration and infection control.
- Support collaborative, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations.
- Work with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff.
- Must have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Developed clinical knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
