About the Role

As an Agile expert, you will enhance team performance by implementing effective processes, facilitating key ceremonies, and driving growth through coaching and mentoring. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and empower the team to achieve exceptional results.

By promoting psychological safety, protecting the team from distractions, and maintaining a healthy backlog, you will enable the team to excel and achieve outstanding outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years' experience in an Agile specialist role
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts and build strong relationships
