Job Title: Scrum Master

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enhancing the Squad's performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality outcomes by managing Agile processes, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Agile processes and facilitate ceremonies to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Enhance Squad performance through coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance on Agile principles and best practices
  • Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Develop and maintain a healthy backlog to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively
