Role : Agile Coach [ BFSI experience must]

Location : Sydney [2 Days in a week from office] ( Tuesday and Thursday mandatory)

Responsibilities
  • Empowerment: Empower teams to be successful, ensuring they are engaged, innovative, productive, and deliver high quality.
  • Coaching: Provide coaching to teams with a strong focus on Agile practices.
  • Agile Methodologies: Evaluate Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum.
  • Predictability: Improve delivery predictability across teams.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Support: Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and lead by example.
  • Impediments: Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them.
  • Productivity: Introduce new ideas to improve productivity.
  • Product Owner Support: Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in a Scrum Master role, ideally within an IT/SAAS environment. Knowledge of the financial services or banking environment would be ideal.
  • Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical role such as QA or Development with a solid understanding of technical requirements.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

  • Agile Practices: Strong focus on Agile practices and methodologies.
  • SAFe and Scrum: Proficiency in SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
  • Coaching and Leadership: Ability to coach teams, lead by example, and provide servant leadership.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empower teams to get things done.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, comfortable working one-on-one, with a team, and with senior managers.
  • Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Productivity Improvement: Ability to introduce new ideas to improve productivity.
  • Support: Ability to support and educate the Product Owner.
