This is a senior role within our organisation, focused on delivering effective and impactful people solutions throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver people strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Provide coaching on performance, engagement, and leadership development to enhance team capabilities.
  • Lead annual talent, remuneration and workforce planning processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Drive strategic projects across the organisation, focusing on Learning & Development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, wellbeing and other areas.
  • Offer expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a senior People/HR Business Partner in similar industries.
  • Confidence in providing guidance on IR, awards and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and commitment to maintaining accurate data and records.
  • A strong background in HR or relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence outcomes through credibility, relationships and sound advice.
  • Excellent communication skills to support colleagues and external partners.
