Job Title:

People and Culture Strategic Lead

  • Manage business operations and provide executive support to the Director People and Culture.
  • Develop project and business plans across the directorate.
  • Support P&C managers in resolving complex operational issues.

About the Role:

The Business Manager People and Culture will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management, and executive support to the Director People and Culture. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, manage projects, and resolve complex operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement business strategies that align with the district's goals and objectives.
  • To provide executive support to the Director People and Culture, including preparing briefings, reports, and other correspondence as required.
  • To manage and lead teams of staff to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
