Job Title: Strategic Solutions Lead

About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead technical solution analysis and definition, aligning with strategic business objectives. As a senior technical business analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, analysing business processes, designing technical solutions with cross-functional teams, supporting the delivery of requirements, owning the squad backlog, performing financial management and cost estimation for stakeholders, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting testing and implementation with quality engineers, and prioritising and grooming the backlog with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvements.
  • Design technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the delivery of requirements.
  • Own the squad backlog.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for informed decisions.
  • Prioritise and groom the backlog with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience managing financials and preparing cost estimates.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  • Advanced technical requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
  • Process analysis and improvement expertise.
  • Solution design and documentation proficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
