Strategic Solutions Lead

We seek an experienced Strategic Solutions Lead to lead a Defence consulting project and team, delivering client-focused solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Defence consulting project and team to develop and implement strategic solutions that meet client needs.
  • Oversee project execution, manage client relationships, develop the team, and contribute to the growth of our Defence practice.
  • Provide clear, well-reasoned advice considering trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints; use frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty.

Project Environment:

The successful candidate will work on-site at Glenbrook, Sydney, in a permanent full-time position with NV1 Security Clearance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Defence or public service, consulting, program management, or business analysis.
  • Desirable experience: Agile/Scrum, Power BI, SQL, Defence IT projects, and systems thinking approach.
