  • You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide strategic value-for-money technical solutions.
The Role

This position oversees the development and sales of cutting-edge capabilities and solutions from deal qualification to closure. You will work collaboratively with customers, lead multiple discipline teams, and create/co-create end-to-end services, complex cross-practice solutions, and associated cost cases for opportunities.

You will engage with customers as a trusted advisor and thought leader, designing and proposing solutions that address strategic, financial, technical, and operational requirements.

  • Establish trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive customer advocacy and provide professional solutions.
  • Create a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities to realize growth in line with targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • CUSTOMER SUCCESS:
    • Lead customer technology discussions, including at CTO/CIO level, for complex, multi-tower deals.
    • Provide cost models to support pricing/commercial strategy.
    • Design and develop high-quality solutions through evaluation of customer business needs.
    • Lead agile virtual teams to develop/co-create end-to-end services and solution architecture.
    • Document conceptual design based on customer requirements.
    • Provide leadership and guidance for the solution until delivery.
  • TECHNICAL DEPTH:
    • Define target state conceptual architecture vision as part of solutioning based on customer requirements.
