Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the Employability Skills Training program
  • Support and guide participants in identifying their skills and securing employment
  • Develop personalized career development plans for participants
  • Organize, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs for participants
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
