The Role:

We're seeking a National Procurement Manager to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives across a premium office and industrial portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to ensure competitive pricing.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute a national procurement strategy aligned with our client's strategy and objectives.
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, vendors, and internal teams.
  4. Analyze market trends and conduct regular cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing.
  5. Drive client strategies related to First Nations spend initiatives.
  6. Develop and implement social impact procurement policies and practices.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for increasing diversity in the supply chain.
  8. Lead the administration and optimization of the Contract Express system.
  9. Streamline contract management processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  10. Develop and maintain comprehensive PowerBI dashboards for procurement insights.
  11. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  12. Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
