Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Child and Family Services team as an Intensive Family Support Case Manager.

The successful candidate will work closely with families to identify strengths, needs, and desired outcomes, developing case plans that promote resilience and enable families to overcome identified risks.

This role requires a deep understanding of cultural safety principles and the ability to engage respectfully with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander families. The ideal candidate will have experience in child protection and be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, or Psychology
  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in child protection
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
