About the Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Community team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional member experience at our WeWork location.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our members feel valued, supported, and connected to our community. You will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that foster a sense of community, drive engagement, and promote member retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to drive member satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Design and deliver engaging events, workshops, and programs that cater to diverse member interests and needs.
  • Monitor and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of member interactions, events, and feedback.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for community building and member engagement. You should have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
