About the Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a highly skilled Community Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Community team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional member experience at our WeWork location.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership engagement and retention, including regular check-ins with members and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver building tours and support sales efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective members.
  • Curate and execute events that foster a sense of community among members, including social events and value-driving initiatives.
  • Manage building operations and ensure that all necessary requirements are met for events and daily operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Events team to evaluate event effectiveness and provide feedback for future improvements.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in hospitality. You should possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
