Transmax is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Change Management Lead to join our Corporate Transition and Transformation office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and internal project change management.
  • Establish and maintain a change management practice, including the development of artefacts and processes to support the practice.
  • Work closely with the PMO and project managers to ensure the embedding of new processes and the adoption of change management best practices.
  • Provide change management support for strategically important projects and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain change management dashboards and reports to track key change management metrics.

About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and/or strategic support roles. You will have a proven track record of supporting large-scale corporate transitions and transformations, as well as experience in senior stakeholder management and working with technical and non-technical staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management and/or strategic support roles.
  • Significant experience in senior stakeholder management and working with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with transformational change management programs.
  • Experience in identifying and conducting detailed impact assessments, including recommendations to senior stakeholders.
