About the Role

Transmax Pty is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Change Management Lead to join our Corporate Transition and Transformation office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine change strategies and plan change management for both organisational transformation and internal project change management
  • Establish the Transition Office Change Management Practice, including the development of artefacts and processes
  • Work with the PMO and project managers to ensure the embedding of new processes and practices
  • Establish standard processes and practices for Impact, Risk and Resistance management across the change portfolio
  • Provide change management support for strategically important projects and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain change management dashboards and reports to track key change management metrics
  • Present findings and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and/or strategic support roles. You will have a proven track record of supporting large-scale corporate transitions and transformations, and experience in senior stakeholder management and working with technical and non-technical staff.
