
Administrative Order Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our operations team.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility of securing a permanent full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing orders, inquiries, and requests from customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes incoming orders, inquiries, and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
- Monitors delivery dates, initiates deliveries, and manages backorders with proactive escalation as required.
- Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
- Supports customers remotely and onsite, and provides first-level user support in case of arising issues.
- Processes, validates, and confirms customer orders in SAP system.
- Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
- Manages logistics and transport mode with the customer in cooperation with the Supply Chain network, including factory, freight forwarders, and warehouse services.
- Actively contributes to the ideas and implementation of productivity and customer experience improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Flexible and reliable in their approach to work.
- Previous SAP experience would be a bonus but not essential (the client is willing to teach on the job for the right person).
- Order management, order processing, or logistics experience.
- The right attitude - a must - your attitude will be your success.
- Excellent computer skills.
