
Order Administration Specialist

The Order Administration Specialist plays a vital role in the sales operations team, focusing on accurate order administration and transactions within our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responds to information requests related to orders from Sales, Delivery, Service, and other departments throughout the organization, providing ongoing guidance on implemented processes.
- Records customer and financial information, ensuring data quality in internal systems that support sales, production, and financial management.
- Maintains a database of fees and charges related to the vehicle purchase process.
- Works closely with Sales and Delivery to ensure correct documents are provided at time of sale.
- Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems.
- Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions.
- Provides regular assistance to the Enterprise sales team.
- Articulates ideas on how to refine systems or processes.
- Participates in testing of new and updated system logic and procedures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience in an operationally-related role or within the automotive industry.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change.
- Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels.
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
