Chief Financial Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced accounting leader to drive the success of our dedicated accounting team. The role involves overseeing a team of under 20 staff members and playing a key part in shaping the company's financial direction.
Accounting Responsibilities- End-to-end tax offering including bookkeeping, tax compliance, and specialist advisory services.
- First point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Ability to scope and price work.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in an accounting role.
- Proven experience managing staff and their workflow while meeting deadlines on time.
- Strong technical and tax knowledge.
- A personable and professional demeanor with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organisational/prioritisation skills.
