The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in inspiring our customers and exceeding their expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.

- Developing and implementing effective stock control processes to manage inventory efficiently.

- Ensuring all customers receive personalized attention and guidance throughout their shopping journey.

- Building strong product knowledge to support training and development of your team.

- Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills by setting a positive tone and leading by example.

- Managing day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required.

What You Will Bring to the Role?

- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

- Outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and computer skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexible and collaborative approach to work.

- Experience within the furniture/bedding industry would be highly beneficial but not essential.
