
Customer Service Team Leader

Job Overview
The Senior Team Lead will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and motivate team members to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Elevate customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork.
- Achieve sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational goals.
- Partner with customers, sales associates, and store leaders to attain shared objectives.
- Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
- Comfortable engaging with customers to provide an elevated experience.
- Motivated to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
- Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities.
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
