
Senior Sales and Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive full-time team leader to lead our team. Reporting to the Station Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for clients while driving the station's success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Station Manager in exceeding financial targets and key performance indicators to optimize revenue growth and profitability
- Effectively manage station costs in accordance with set objectives
- Ensure company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/or cost of accidents
- Actively market and promote services within the specified region
- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
Requirements:
- Experience working in a supervisory or management position
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Reporting and rostering in accordance with objectives
- Experience working with key performance indicators
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating shift roster
- Full Australian work rights
