Job Description

An Account Executive is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new business. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing rapport with customers, tailoring our products and service offerings to their specific needs.
  • Prioritizing work demands to manage customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Negotiating quotes taking into account bespoke customer requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance to ACCC and Trade Practices in all customer and contractor interactions.

About the Role:

This role is based out of East Maitland. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for scrap metal procurement, both ferrous and non-ferrous, as well as coordinating delivery to nominated InfraBuild Recycling facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in sales or account management.
  • Desirable: Experience in the scrap metal recycling and other waste and recycling industries.
  • Demonstrating the ability to influence outcomes with various stakeholder groups to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant company policies including safe work practices.
