Experienced Project Lead

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage and deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Provide technical expertise in rolling stock testing and verification activities.
  • Supervise the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline is essential.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PEng) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
