Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Raytheon Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Program Leadership to enable effective outcomes
- Facilitate risk assessments and chemical assessments
- Manage System reporting and updates
- Partner with Operations to respond to EHS Reports
- Investigate incidents and facilitate CCC arrangements
- Partner with HR and Leaders to ensure effective return to work for team members
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- ICAM investigation training or similar
- Experience with OFSC highly regarded
- Experience working in a high risk / industrial / remote environment highly regarded
- Experience with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance
- Experience with Critical Risk Management Programs or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance (NV1) and DCAC
