About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (EHSW) Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with Program Leadership to enable effective outcomes and facilitating risk assessments, chemical assessments, and management system reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate risk assessments and chemical assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage and update management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Partner with Operations to respond to EHS Reports and conduct incident investigations
- Facilitate CCC arrangements and partner with HR and Leaders to ensure effective return to work for team members
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field
- ICAM investigation training or similar
- Experience working in a high-risk/industrial/remote environment
- Experience with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance
- Experience with Critical Risk Management Programs or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance (NV1) and DCAC
