About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Advisor to join our team at Raytheon Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with Program Leadership to enable effective outcomes and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate risk assessments and chemical assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage and maintain our Management System, ensuring it is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Partner with Operations to respond to EHS Reports and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate CCC arrangements and ensure effective return-to-work programs for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Leaders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- ICAM investigation training or similar.
- Experience working in a high-risk/industrial/remote environment.
- Experience with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance (NV1) and DCAC.
