Raytheon Australia works closely with the Australian Defence Force as its trusted capability partner to deliver some of the most complex and ground-breaking engineering and technology projects in the country.
Since 2011, Raytheon Australia have been contracted to deliver facilities services in support of the Harold E. Holt (HEH) Defence Precinct in Exmouth, Western Australia. Home to the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), the C-Band Radar and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmission capability, together these systems add a critical contribution to Australia's space domain awareness and battlespace awareness missions.
Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a bright and energised Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our inspired team.

To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated individual who is ready to work with a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team on-site in Exmouth WA.

Reporting to the HEH Program EHS&W Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Program Leadership to enable effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating risk assessments
- Chemical assessments
- Management System reporting
- System updates
- Partnering with Operations to respond to EHS Reports.
- Incident investigation
- Facilitating CCC arrangements
- Partnering with HR and Leaders to ensure effective return to work for team member where required.
You are an experience EHSW Generalist with a pragmatic and practical approach.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- ICAM investigation training or similar
- Experience with OFSC highly regarded
- Experience working in a high risk / industrial / remote environment highly regarded
- Experience with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance (or the ability to acquire)
- Experience with Critical Risk Management Programs or equivalent (or the ability to acquire)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance (NV1) and DCAC
