  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with customers from initial bookings through to post-service follow-up
  • Assist customers with their service inquiries confidently and effectively
  • Contribute to a dynamic, high-performing Service Team that shares a passion for the automotive sector

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a strong passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Competent computer literacy skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision to achieve targets
