We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to lead our team. As market leaders in the arts and crafts industry, we have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Customer Service Team daily, providing direction, feedback, and training as needed.
- Oversee team tasks to ensure all areas of responsibility are prioritized effectively.
- Utilize multiple systems (ERP, Microsoft Suite, CMS) to manage customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers through hands-on support.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, products) to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Resolve complex customer issues and develop solutions.
- Mentor staff and foster a customer-centric culture within the team.
- Prioritize strong leadership and teamwork qualities, with experience in customer-facing roles.
The ideal candidate will possess superior data entry skills, attention to detail, and high-level computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, ERP, and website platforms.
