Front Desk Associate Job

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless check-in experience for our owners and guests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide information on local area attractions, restaurants and amenities to enhance their stay with us.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize communication equipment to generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
  • Establish rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Maintain knowledge of the benefits of traveling within our community and clearly articulate them to guests.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position or role that requires excellent customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and colleagues.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is committed to providing a positive experience for all guests.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards to maintain a positive image of the resort.
  • High levels of computer literacy and previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS) are advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
