Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our sales team to ensure customers receive the highest level of service from initial sale to ongoing support.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the sales team with new vehicle handovers
  • Meeting all new vehicle customers as part of their purchase experience
  • Managing customer feedback with department managers
  • Customer follow-up communications
  • Reception coverage for part of the day
  • Administrative duties

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.

A high level of professionalism, personal presentation, and effective communication skills are also essential for success in this position.
