Job Summary

As Director of Business Partnerships, you will develop and implement Legal Aid Queensland's business partnerships strategy, service planning, and drive growth in preferred suppliers and partners. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans to support and grow partnerships with preferred suppliers and partners, ensuring high-quality state-wide service delivery.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing business partnerships with external suppliers, preferably in a legal service provision context. You will have the ability to integrate priorities, develop a compelling vision, and foster a positive workplace culture. You will also be able to remove systemic barriers to collaboration and implement strategies to anticipate and respond promptly to emerging issues.

Requirements
  • A qualification and/or practice experience in family or criminal law
  • A strong understanding of business partnerships and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
