Clinical Research Associate Job

This role involves project management and study site coordination from initiation to close-out, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.

  • Site selection and monitoring
  • Ensure eligible sites are selected based on sponsor criteria
  • Prepare and conduct site initiation visit to ensure adequate study training for relevant site staff
  • Track study recruitment to meet targets in all studies
  • Conduct monitoring visits according to SDV plan and SOP; address issues and complete reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate study materials for start-up and throughout the study

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management

  • Data quality assurance
  • Regulatory compliance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
  • Experience in clinical research or a related field
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and GCP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
