About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Site Manager to contribute to life-changing drug development. This role offers the chance to work with a high-performing team that leads the way in clinical trial management and coordination.



Key Responsibilities

The Senior Site Manager is responsible for site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close-out activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES TO ENHANCE PROJECT EFFICIENCY
  • Ensuring the smooth running of projects at assigned trials sites


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ideal candidates will be exceptional team players who possess attributes such as collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, and an agile approach. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, nursing, or life sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical trial monitoring
  • Experience in monitoring early-phase haematology and oncology studies
  • Demonstrated success as a clinical research associate
