The opportunity
Integral to everything we do is our HR team. So we're looking for an HR superstar to join us as a Senior HR Coordinator. You'll be part of an experienced, high performing team and get the opportunity to work on and support a diverse range of day-to-day HR activities that encompass the full employee lifecycle from writing contracts, onboarding, probationary reviews, database upkeep, reporting, culture, engagement and offboarding (just to name a few). You'll also work on HR projects including an upcoming HRIS system implementation.
We're seeking someone that thrives in a positive and fast paced environment, who is inquisitive, and customer focussed. This role presents as a genuine opportunity to learn and grow into an HR Generalist capacity, supporting across all elements of the employee cycle as our business is expanding, meaning you will have ideally had exposure and/ or an interest in developing, in managing employee relations/ grievances (performance management). You are comfortable managing a diverse range of administrative duties and as such are super organised with a fine eye for detail and a driving need to get things done. This full-time opportunity will be ideally based out of our Adelaide office.
In addition to the above, you will have the following Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Admin / HR Coordinator role, working in Australia
- A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable but not essential)
- Hands on experience of HR systems with good all-round IT / Tech knowledge
- A solid understanding of Australian employment-related legislation
- Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise workload
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, credibility and apply discretion where needed
