Salary: Earn from $29.06 to $32.56 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation.

Job Description:

  • This position involves providing personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This may include assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and managing medication.
  • We also provide transportation services to help our clients attend appointments and social events, ensuring they stay connected with their community.
  • As a Home Health Support Worker, you will be working closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • You will also be required to adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of yourself and our clients.

Requirements:

  • A current Australian driver's license and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday and Friday are also necessary, as well as a willingness to travel across all suburbs that our branch services.
  • All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two doses.
  • Proficiency in an additional language, such as Mandarin or Vietnamese, is highly valued but not mandatory.
