The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personalized recommendations for health and wellbeing products tailored to individual customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
  • Developing business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, ultimately driving the acquisition of new members.
  • Taking a 'customer first' approach, you will also:
  • Assist existing Bupa members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product, providing solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week including rotating Saturdays. The first 4-6 weeks are dedicated to full-time training (Monday – Friday business hours).
