Job Summary

The Educator role serves as the foundation of our success, fostering exceptional guest experiences in our retail stores. These ambassadors are responsible for engaging guests, providing top-quality product education, and sharing our community's values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to create memorable experiences, valuing their time and understanding their needs.
  2. Product Education: Articulate the value and benefits of products, facilitating seamless transactions and omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a respectful team environment by welcoming differences, establishing supportive relationships, and collaborating to ensure optimal guest experiences.
  4. Store Operations: Perform product presentation tasks, utilize in-store technology, and maintain a clean luxury environment.
