We are seeking a seasoned Senior People Advisor to join our team at AIA, driving positive change in employee relations and HR service delivery. This role presents an exciting opportunity to partner with a dedicated client group and make a meaningful impact on their experience.

About the Opportunity

This max term contract position offers a chance to work closely with a HR Business Partner and contribute to the success of our business through proactive partnership with clients. As a Senior People Advisor, you will be instrumental in allocating workflow, cases, and tasks across the Tier 1 HR service model, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end HR services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including Tier 1 assistance, case management (including performance management), and coaching of People Leaders on employee matters.
  • Coordinate workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes, particularly through our global HRIS (Workday).
  • Deliver employee-centric services aligned with the People & Culture Service Delivery Model, assessing query volumes, response times, and performance against SLAs.
  • Owning and resolving colleague and People Leader case issues.
  • Developing and improving the quality of Tier 0 Knowledge Base Articles and Workday content, ensuring it remains current, useful, consistent, and accessible.
  • Adapting an employee experience-focused continuous improvement practice to enhance processes, process documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Fostering excellent working relationships across the P&C team and broader business at both People Leader and employee levels.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in HR service delivery and HR Service Desk Management.
  • Previous Workday experience handling HR data, queries, and knowledge management.
  • Experience managing ER matters with a dedicated client group.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or similar.
  • A high-level understanding of HR principles and practices, along with confidence in making recommendations and implementing improvements.
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills across senior leadership and employees.
