About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Capital Manager to join our team at Dexus Units FP Stapled. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing investor relationships, capital raising, and working closely with our investor relations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with investor groups, including High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Advisers, Charities, and Endowments.
  • New Products and Strategies: Capital raise for new product initiatives, including involvement in producing marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations, and lead conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our New Business team, including the Investor Relations Team.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in funds management, strategy, banking, or corporate development. You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience and a proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion.

You will have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as familiarity with the real-estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector. You will also have existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
